Goals span from grief processing, release transition planning and sobriety support, identity and values alignment, boundaries development, relationship transitions, to trigger identification and management. Also support in mental status evaluations for inmates in crisis

Provide psychological assessment and counseling services to birthing parents requiring mental health support during and after pregnancy. Training focused on individual therapy, with special concentrations in LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and career counseling. Additional Executive Coaching training received in SMU's Liberal Arts program.
