Dallas Area Communal Grief Support + Education

The news coming out of the hill country is absolutely devastating. We’re all grasping for ways to help in the face of unimaginable grief. We’re up late reading the news and waiting for updates about neighbors and classmates. We cry as we imagine what the missing and deceased children endured and the anguish we know their parents are coping with. 

This will be a space to learn more about traumatic grief and where we (the community) fit into the process for those directly affected. We will grieve together and get informed about how to emotionally show up for families who are trying to pick up the pieces of their new reality. 

Please join as you are able and share with others that you think would benefit. This is a free, communal resource that I will extend for additional sessions based on need and input.
