Spark and Pivot Counseling Services Costs
Total investment depends on your goals, services provided, and length of time that we work together. Therapy clients are entitled to a good faith estimate that they can request at any time.

ADHD Counseling, Autism Counseling, EMDR Therapy, and Career Counseling
Initial intake session (80-minutes) - $250
Recurring appointments (50-minutes) - $125 - $200*

Clients can request longer appointments at any time. Spark and Pivot Counseling will prorate based on the providers' 50-minute rate unless specified otherwise (for intensives and workshops, for example).

Diagnostic Testing (ADHD, Autism)
Intake, assessment administration, and report delivery range between $1,000 - $2,000 depending on level of complexity.

Career Assessments and Interpretation
Administration of career assessments can cost between $300 and $750 depending on a number of factors.
Your provider will work closely with you to determine which assessments make the most sense for your circumstances, and will provide an estimate once goals have been clarified.
Payment
Spark and Pivot Counseling accepts payment by all major credit cards, direct deposit, and PayPal. Additionally, you may use flexible savings accounts (FSAs) or health savings accounts (HSAs) to pay for our services.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE.
We do not participate in insurance programs. Our approach is to provide mental health services without the constraints of insurance company requirements and diagnoses - and to keep your records confidential.
If you have out-of-network benefits for counseling services via your insurance provider, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the claims process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions post-deductible, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions. During our intake process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your copay would be.
